I believe leadership and service go hand in hand. As Lead Teen Advisor, I ensured every program included a meaningful service project. Our teens connected leadership and learning with giving back through local charities, food drives, senior support, and youth-focused causes.
I created a curriculum packet with webinar links, question forms, and tracking pages to help mothers and teens complete requirements for the National Teen Leadership Summit.
GNAC Curriculum Guide for COR and NTLS 2024
Locally, I introduced “Teens in Action” to celebrate award-winning and high-achieving teens, and “Teens of the Month” to spotlight two boys and two girls from each teen group every month for our newsletter.
